1. The basics
These terms apply if you join the Pixly Partner Program. They work alongside our Terms of Service. For partner-specific topics, these terms take priority.
2. Joining the program
- You must be 18 or older.
- We review every application. Approval is at our discretion.
- We can pause or remove partner access for fraud, abuse, or content that hurts Pixly or our users.
- You cannot refer yourself (no signing up through your own link or code).
3. How referrals work
- Share your link with
?ref=your-slug. We store that in a cookie for 30 days when the visitor accepts referral cookies. - Visitors must accept referral cookies in our cookie banner where required by law. If they decline, attribution may only work during the same browsing session via the link URL.
- Merchants can also enter your code at signup. If both apply, the code wins.
- Our server records are final if tracking ever disagrees.
4. What your audience gets
Referred merchants can get a one-time token bonus on their first paid subscription. The bonus percent is set per partner (default 10% of that plan's tokens).
Free accounts stay at 69 tokens. Top-up packs are not included unless we agree in writing.
5. What you earn
- Default: 25% commission for up to 12 monthly billing periods from a referral's first subscription payment.
- Commission and points unlock after a 2-month qualification: the referral must pay for at least 2 billing periods, stay subscribed through month 2, and have no refund or chargeback before qualifying.
- When a referral qualifies, month 1 and month 2 commission become payable. Each later renewal through month 12 adds another commission while they stay subscribed.
- Your referred merchant still gets their token bonus on first payment. That is separate from your partner earnings.
- Rates can differ per partner. We will confirm custom terms with you.
- Commission is based on subscription plan price at signup, before payment fees.
- Subscriptions count. One-time token packs do not, unless we agree otherwise.
- Payouts are manual (Wise, PayPal, or another method we approve). We may set a minimum payout amount.
- Refunds and chargebacks before qualification void partner earnings for that referral. After qualification, earned months stay payable; future months stop if they cancel.
6. Points and perks
Points unlock when a referral qualifies (see Section 5), based on their first paid plan:
- Starter: 1 point
- Growth: 2 points
- Scale: 3 points
Perks on your Pixly account (not cash payouts):
- When approved: 6 months Growth
- 10 points: 12 months Scale
- 50 points: lifetime Scale on your partner account
Perks are for your own use of Pixly. They do not let you resell or white-label the product. We may update perks if plans change. We will give reasonable notice.
7. Promoting Pixly
- Be honest. Do not promise guaranteed income.
- Tell your audience you earn from referrals when that applies where you live.
- Do not spam, use fake clicks, or misleading redirects.
- Ask us before using Pixly in paid ads on our brand name.
- Only use brand assets we provide or approve.
8. Taxes, ending the program, and changes
You handle your own taxes on commission and perks. We may ask for tax details before larger payouts.
Either side can end the partnership. We can end it immediately for serious violations. Valid earned commission may still be paid after exit. New referrals stop when the program ends for you.
Commissions and perks are provided as-is. Our liability for the partner program is limited to commission we already paid you in the prior six months, where allowed.
We may update these terms on this page. Continuing in the program after an update means you accept the new version.
